Review
Eunha abruptly ends her seven-year life in Berlin and begins preparing to return to Korea. As the farewell nears, she struggles with what to take and what to leave behind, along with her roommate Maria. Eunha introduces Yunjung, a Korean who bought her old rice cooker, to Maria. Watching her friends in Berlin, living in tranquility, and Yunjung, filled with excitement about starting a new life there, Eunha feels a peculiar sense of contrast with her own confusing situation. Jeong Jaewon's subtle acting effectively captures the inner turmoil of a character who, after seven years in Berlin, finds herself unable to speak basic German and is now returning home. Director Nam So-hyeon meticulously portrays the delicate emotions of outsiders and the nuanced expressions of the characters, set against the backdrop of Berlin, evoking empathy from the audience.
